I'm a student. What do I do if my directory information is incorrect?
If you live on campus, contact Residential Life at x6215. If you live off campus, contact the Registrar's Office at x6200 (651-696-6200) or stop by the Registrar's Office in 77 Mac, Room 101. It may take a week or so before updated information appears in the online Directory.
I'm a faculty or staff member. What do I do if my directory information is incorrect?
Contact Human Resources at 6280. It may take a week or so before updated information appears in the online Directory.
Who should I contact if I find incorrect information listed for groups, committees, departments, organizations, etc.?
Contact staff in the Web Services office at webmaster@macalester.edu and provide information about the error.
In the past, I used the print Directory to find e-mail addresses for students in order to send out a group message. How can the online Directory help me with this task?
Search for a student by first or last name to find contact information, including an individual's e-mail address. As you find the student e-mail addresses you need, copy these addresses and transfer them to your group e-mail message.
