Marketplace Stores Timeline

Review the timeline below to understand the lead time for the creation of a new Online Marketplace Store.   It can take up to 10 business days to create a Marketplace store, so please plan accordingly.

1. Request Marketplace by submitting Marketplace Request
2. (Up to 4 business days) Business Services reviews FOAPAL and drafts Marketplace site.
3. (Up to 2 business days) Review and test Marketplace store
4. (Up to 2 business days) Business Services edit Marketplace store
5. (Up to 2 business days) Review and approve final Marketplace set-up
6. Marketplace store is ready to accept payments
