College Guest House and Event Space
Briggs House exclusively serves our internal college departments, offices, and student organizations. We are open from mid-August, coinciding with pre-Orientation dates, through Reunion in early June. Briggs House is closed during all college observed holidays and breaks.
We host college guests in our three suites, located on the second floor. Briggs House hosts small college events; we can accommodate seated dinners for up to 36 guests in two rooms, and stand up receptions for up to 60 people in multiple rooms.
Briggs House is located on Summit Avenue, which is part of two National Historic Districts. Due to historic designation, please note that only the main floor event space is ADA accessible.
