Macalester defines a VENDOR as:
- Individual or business provides a service or offers product/goods.
- Examples of Vendors:
- Business that provides a service to Macalester
- Performer or Lecturers
- Student selling artwork to Macalester
- The example below is NOT a Vendors:
- A Macalester Student or Employee receiving a reimbursement, gift or stipend.
Approver / Budget Approver
Macalester College has an approval process that requires employees with an appropriate Supervisory and/or Finance approval level to review and approve. See Macalester Finance Approvals Explained for more information.
Supervisor
A department determines who is assigned as a Employee’s Supervisor.
