Learn about EXPLO Summer Teaching Opportunities! All majors and class years, including international students who can apply for CPT, are eligible to apply for positions at EXPLO. 

 More from the organization: EXPLO is a mission-driven, educational non-profit with more than 85,000 student alumni who hail from 90 countries. We offer residential summer programs for students in grades 4 through 12 on the campuses of Wellesley College, Sarah Lawrence College, and Regis College. 

 EXPLO hires hundreds of summer staff members each year to work at our programs. As a member of a summer faculty that is collectively responsible for caring for students 24-hours per day, 7-days per week, all summer long, you’ll work longer and harder at EXPLO than just about any other summer job you’re considering. The work will also be more fun, meaningful, and professionally rewarding than just about anywhere else, too. 

We're looking for folks who are interested in coming to campus to share their passions, to leap forward professionally, and to make a real difference in the lives of our young people. If this describes you too, then we’d love to connect with you. 

 We will share a glimpse into the day-to-day of a typical staff member at EXPLO and provide an overview of the benefits offered from spending a summer with us. There will be time reserved at the end for any questions you may have about our organization, open roles, and the hiring process.
