BIPOCA is hosting its first ever annual charity basketball game: students vs faculty and staff! We are a Macalester student organization open to any and all BIPOC athletes, ranging from varsity to club and intramural sports. This year we wanted to host a charity basketball game in which all funds raised will be donated to YouthCare.

YouthCare is a non-profit organization, based in Seattle, WA, with a mission to end all youth homelessness. Part of their mission is to Iname and actively work to dismantle those systems that have created injustices for people of color, LGBTQ+, and immigrant communities. The goal for our charity game is to not only highlight the work they do, but also bring attention to ways we can contribute. We will be charging a $3 entry fee to watch the game, in which all of these proceeds will be donated directly to YouthCare.
