MacLaunch: Exploring Employers in Business & Tech is a low-stakes environment designed to help students learn more about opportunities in business and technology. Students of all majors, class years, and interest levels are welcome to join; even if you are not sure if a career in business or tech is for you, it is a great way to explore your options.
During the first hour of the event, students will hear short pitches from each employer in attendance. They will touch upon company culture, what they look for in candidates, available jobs and internships, and other interesting details about their company. After the pitches, students and employer representatives will gather around high-top tables in Kagin Commons Ballroom. Students will have the opportunity to make connections and network with Macalester alumni and recruiting representatives to learn more about the employers and open job and internship positions.
