In this conditioning course series, join Dance Professor Marciano Silva dos Santos and guest instructors to enhance your flexibility, strength, and cardio-vascular endurance while connecting with the Macalester Dance community! Courses are every Friday from 4:45pm-6pm in the Fox Dance Studio, T120. No prior experience necessary.
