Join us at the C-House on Tuesday, October 8 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the C-House for an In the Kitchen With event! We'll be making kimbap, a popular traditional Korean dish with MacKCO, APIDA, and LSC. Kimbap is a classic Korean dish made with rice, dried seaweed sheets, and lots of yummy fillings! Often packed as a doshirak (or packed lunch) kimbap is enjoyed year-round as a simple bunsik (snack food) from street vendors or at home!
