Employees make Macalester successful, and this voluntary, confidential survey allows your voice to be heard. The 2025 Employee Engagement Survey will be available to you February 24 through March 10. During the next 14 days, we hope that you will participate in the 2025 Employee Engagement Survey. 

Earlier this week, all employees hired before January 1, 2025 should have received an email from "Macalester Engagement Survey 2025" ([email protected]) with a personalized invitation and link to complete the survey. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. If you have additional questions, please reference the FAQ or contact Human Resources at [email protected].

Why focus on employee engagement?

Employee engagement and well-being is an important driver of our strategic plan, and we are committed to measuring, improving, and integrating employee engagement into our business operations.

We will share aggregated survey results with all employees and begin action planning for areas of improvement throughout March. Over time, the goals are for Macalester to be an even better place to work – and to help further drive our continued success as a preeminent liberal arts college.
