In the Kitchen With...VCO!

Join the Vietnamese Cultural Organization in making a traditional treat, bánh trôi (sweet rice balls)!!! We will be making sweet rice balls made from sticky rice, cane sugar, and sweet mung bean paste. This dish is gluten-free and vegan. As we make and enjoy this super simple and delicious dessert, we will explore the history of how this dish came to be and some other aspects of Vietnamese culture. Everyone is welcome!
