Information Session: Incarcerated Workers Organizing Committee

How does working class solidarity intersect with anti-carceral organizing? What is possible when coalitions are built with incarcerated workers who engage in collective action to improve conditions for all? On Tuesday, March 11 at 5pm in Carnegie 204, join organizers from Minnesota's local chapter of the Incarcerated Workers Organizing Committee (IWOC), a section of the Industrial Workers of the World led by incarcerated workers and their allies, as they discuss how to build people power within the state's prison system.
