Forest Bathing 101

Forest Therapy, also known as Forest Bathing, is a research-based, immersive practice of slowing down and opening our senses to the natural world around us. This practice allows us to develop a deeper relationship with ourselves, the more-than-human world, and other humans. During this activity, Mel Schneider, Certified Forest Therapy Guide, will guide us on a 2-hour slow-wondering experience intended to help us slow down and connect. The session will involve spending time slowly experiencing a nearby forested area followed by group sharing.
