Mushroom Event

Want to learn how fungi work? Want to get some recipes for delicious shroomy snacks? Come to a mushroom-cultivation workshop hosted by the Sustainability Office! Learn simple mycology, best practices, and enjoy cultivating your first ever mushroom block! All materials and gear will be provided. We'll be learning how to grow oyster mushrooms, then putting the cultivated blocks in a corner of the greenhouse to grow!
