Big Questions Event, Seattle: How will we sustainably feed nine billion people in 2050?
ONLINE REGISTRATION NOW CLOSED
Online registration is now officially closed - but if you have not registered yet, you can easily register on site beginning at 6:15 p.m.
Even a simple meal for one involves issues of economics, politics, technology, climate change, and distribution. As our population shifts, people’s diets evolve and food production systems change, as does the complexity of feeding the planet. Feed your mind at this discussion between geography professor Bill Moseley, researcher Julia Morgan ’17, and President Brian Rosenberg about food, agriculture, and research in Burkina Faso through the lens of geography.
