Wednesday Evening Meditation
Every Wednesday evening from 5pm to 6:15pm, students, staff and faculty are warmly invited to come and sit together in silence, recollect themselves and establish unity in the alignment of our hearts. If you have a meditation practice, if you want to learn about meditation or if you just want to stop for a moment and be in peace with others, this session is exactly for you.
