Event Details

In this lunch event, we will take time to honor the challenges of culture shock and the mental/emotional needs of integration while away and reintegration after returning to campus. Many things can feel different as we gain new perspectives and experiences, the world, our relationships and our studies. This conversation will allow space to reflect and process these challenges as well as discuss ways in which to integrate this self-knowledge into our lives at Macalester and beyond. Facilitated by Julia Hutchinson, counselor from the Health and Wellness Center.
