Shared Governance: How Can Staff Participate?

The members of the Staff Advisory Council (SAC) and the members of the Strategic Planning and Analysis committee (SPA) invite staff to a Soup Chat on Shared Governance: How Can Staff Participate? One initiative from Macalester’s Strategic Plan is to “move from a model of divided governance to a model of truly shared governance.” Join us for an interactive Soup Chat about how to envision staff’s role in shared governance. Help us explore ideas and brainstorm about this potential shift in college governance. Lunch will be available.
