The 2nd Showcase continues the successful format of a poster session that highlights the range of opportunities undertaken by Macalester students during the summer.
The fall 2019 Showcase of Student Research, Creative Inquiry and Scholarship provides:

a capstone experience for students who have completed mentored work with faculty, either at Macalester or at another institution.

an orientation for students to the variety of summer opportunities they might participate in the following year
Allowing students to ask questions of their peers and to consider the wide array of programs better enables informed choices. Students viewing the large number of posters that represent a range of experiences promises to be inspiring! We are also making plans to help new students navigate their way around and through this exciting environment.
