Big Questions: Do the humanities matter?

Register Online

Can Jane Eyre provide perspective on the lives we lead today? While the demise of the humanities is a common narrative, we also read about medical schools revamping requirements to better lure English majors into the field. Where else are humanities-based experts making a difference? Join us for a conversation about the value of the humanities in dissecting the past to inform the future.

Featuring Professor Andrea Kaston Tange, chair of the English Department and director of Digital Liberal Arts, in conversation with President Brian Rosenberg
