Flu Shot Clinic for Staff & Faculty

Stop by WHAM's annual flu shot clinic. The vaccination is the Quadrivalent Injectable. This clinic is for staff and faculty only. Bring your insurance card, a photo ID and completed Flu Shot Clinic Form. All insurances are accepted. Without insurance, the cash price is $38. Please wear loose-fitting sleeves.
