Meditation @ Mac
There are two opportunities every week for students, staff, and faculty to sit down and let the body and mind relax and reboot. Everything they say about meditation—better sleep, lower anxiety, more focus over all sense of well-being—all of that is true. But, ya gotta sit your butt down and do it to get the sugar. Everybody is invited and welcome. Marc Anderson, Mac's very own Buddhist chaplain and resident dharma bum facilitates the jam. It happens in the beautiful glass chapel on Tuesdays from 11:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 5 p.m.-6:15 p.m.
