Please join us for the opening event of our 2020 American Studies Conference entitled precarious futures / troubles pasts / ethical returnfuturos precarios / pasados turbulentos / de vuelta a la ética. This is an intergenerational and cross-cultural conversation responding to the increasing precarity of social relations and the fragility of life. We will be screening "The Unapologetic Life of Margaret Randall" with Q&A from 7pm-9:30pm. Reception at 6pm.
