German Netflix Party

Join us for a Netflix party on Monday, November 16th at 4pm.  We'll be watching the film Systemsprenger, the winner of 8 German Film Awards this year, including best film!  It tells the story of Benni, a young girl and her journey with the German foster care system. CW: violence, PTSD, bullying, explicit language

Before we start the Netflix party, we'll meet over Zoom so we can briefly introduce ourselves - that way we'll know who we're chatting with during the party!  And we'll send out the link to the Netflix party via the Zoom chat.
To join the Zoom meeting, please follow this link:https://macalester.zoom.us/j/91469525904?pwd=eURCcktGT3RSQkhNWmk5UmhKY1dMQT09

TO-DO BEFORE THE NETFLIX PARTY: In order to access the Netflix party, you do need a Netflix account.  You will also need to install the Netflix party extension for Chrome (currently the Netflix party extension only works with the desktop/laptop version of Chrome).  To download, follow this link. Start by clicking "Install Netflix Party," which redirects to the Chrome Web Store. From here, just click "Add to Chrome" to finish installing Netflix Party. On Monday, once you have the Party URL, it will direct you to Netflix’s website. After clicking on the NP button installed in your address bar, you will automatically join the party!
