DML Quick Cuisines

Have you been itching to cook this module, but don’t have the time? Do you want to learn more about dishes from a variety of cultures?

Join the DML for Quick Cuisines, a new virtual program designed to showcase and build community around culturally significant dishes.

Our first event will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, November 18th from 5-6pm Live on the DML’s Instagram (@macalester_multiculturallife) with Hana Dinku, the Director of Diversity Education, Leadership and Inclusion. Hana will be cooking Ethiopian Miser Wot.
