Ua Ke, Macalester College's Hmong student organization, is excited to invite you to our very own Hmong New Year! This celebration will be held on November 20th, 2021 from 5-8pm in the Kagin Ballroom on Macalester's campus.
Hmong New Year is an integral part of Hmong culture, which celebrates community and the reunion of family and friends. Ua Ke's Hmong New Year will host entertainment from Ka Lia Universe, Douachi Yang, Cua Tshiab, Cypher Side, and more! Stay tuned for the rest of our lineup reveal.

Admission is free.All guests must abide by the following COVID protocols:Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test 72 hours prior to the event is required for admission. You can use your Mac ID. Except when eating, all guests must wear a face covering at all times, regardless of vaccination status. Stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms of sickness and/or if you have been in contact with anyone who tested positive for COVID in the past 14 days prior to the event.
