Good Friday Service (Western Church)

What’s so good about Good Friday? Good Friday is a sacred day on which Christians gather for worship to recall the final hours of Jesus of Nazareth’s life. The goodness of this day is viewed only in retrospect, as it marks three days of mourning Jesus’ death. On Friday, April 15, services will be held in the chapel at 5pm. Stations of the cross will be available for members of our community throughout the day. An appropriate greeting for Good Friday is, “may peace be with you on this Good Friday,” or “have a meaningful Good Friday.”
