The official Macalester social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn) provide a forum for students, parents, alumni and others to learn about and experience some of the great things happening in the Macalester community. We encourage our social media followers to post, comment, and interact with others, and we expect that comments will be on-topic and respectful of the rights and opinions of others.

Macalester reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove spam postings and comments that are racist, sexist, abusive, profane, violent, obscene, advocate illegal activity, or libel, threaten, or otherwise personally attack individuals.

All posts and comments on Macalester social media accounts are subject to the terms of service and community guidelines for the major social media platforms:
