3.6 Employment Letters/Salary Notices

Staff members will receive an employment letter at the time of initial hire. Supervisors will keep employees notified about employment periods that may change from year to year. Staff employees normally receive annual salary notices in August noting any change in their salary, title, and department to be effective September 1.
