The Reservations & Event Operations Department provides logistical support for on-campus events planned by academic and administrative departments and chartered student organizations.
Event Operations aims to engage the Macalester College community in on-campus programming and serves as a resource for a wide variety of event types. Reservations manages all reservation and logistical requests for on-campus groups using EMS.
