Adana has worked in a variety of community-based and residential treatment settings with youth and adults. She is experienced in restorative justice and narrative approaches, and her work with clients has focused on the impact of systems and environments, anxiety, depression, traumatic events, relationship concerns, and exploring what it means to have a mental health diagnosis. Adana’s counseling style leans heavily on embodied approaches and is rooted in social and healing justice concepts.

Adana identifies as a Black, cis-gender woman influenced by her New York City upbringing as well as southern baptist family roots.
