She/Her/Hers

Rachel serves as the Associate Director of Health Promotion. She is passionate about
creating life-affirming systems and cultures that meet the needs of all people, with a focus on
centering the needs and experiences of historically underserved populations. Rachel’s interests
include: abolitionism, harm reduction, healthy relationships and consent, and healthy
masculinity. Rachel has almost a decade of serving the Twin Cities community, including
founding a college access program, supporting asylum seekers as a social work case manager,
wrenching as a bike mechanic at a worker-owned bike coop, and working as a psychotherapist
at a community mental health clinic.
Rachel is a clinical social worker and continues to practice as a trauma psychotherapist. In her
free time, Rachel can be found wrenching on her bike and pretending that she’s competing on
Great British Baking Show with her latest baking project.
