Give yourself and your colleagues permission to focus on self-care – you deserve it! This challenge acknowledges the fast-changing and demanding nature of our world, offering accessible ways to integrate small, restorative habits into your daily routine.
What’s in store? Each week, you’ll practice new self-care habits across six vital areas: mindfulness, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, connection, and exploration.
Join your division’s team and rally together to practice the most self-care. Encourage each other to explore and track habits daily – the team with the highest average stars wins bragging rights and a prize from WHAM!

Summer WHAM Classes for Staff and Faculty

Angela Nguyen is now offering semi-private strength coaching. This small-group coaching experience is designed to take your strength—and your confidence—to the next level. Circuit Training will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which offers a total body strength and cardiovascular endurance workout with Scott Hintz. You can improve your range of motion and relieve stress with Hatha Yoga on Wednesday, or boost your mood and kick-off the weekend with Dance Cardio on Fridays.
