We will again invite grade 4 pipers to compete with their whole piobaireachd for the Skye Richendrfer Cup and a bound Piobaireachd Society Collection.
Our featured adjudicator will be the acclaimed bagpipe expert and innovator, Dr. Matthew Welch.
