Resources and Education (FIRE)

Kristin will be focusing on two projects —a community resource guide and an organizational research project. The resource guide will provide information about social services offered by different organizations in the Twin Cities. The research project will examine FIRE’s current organizational structure and the organizational structures of other ESL schools and community centers. After her research is complete, Kristin will make recommendations to the Board of Directors about how FIRE can improve its structure to better utilize the strengths of its volunteers, learners, and community partners. Kristin will then help with the implementation of these recommendations.
