Chuck Green
Civic Engagement Fellowship
During the seven-month fellowship, fellows participate in a spring semester Political Science seminar focused on analyzing and addressing community-based issues. That summer, fellows receive a stipend to complete a full-time, on-site project at a community-based organization to implement the recommendations developed in the spring.
Mitau Opportunity Grants
Theodore Mitau Opportunity Grants support the academic and professional development of Political Science majors. During the academic year and each summer, the Mitau endowment provides a limited number of grants for student travel for academic research and academic conferences.
Faculty- Student Collaborations
Each year a number of faculty in our department work directly with students on research that results in papers being published in national journals.
