All alumni are invited to join the Macalester community as we celebrate Reunion 2025. Our four-day programming includes panels and office hours with faculty and staff, dance parties, campus tours, and opportunities to connect with your class. This year, we are recognizing classes celebrating 5 year milestone reunions: 1955, 1960, 1965, 1970, 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2020. These classes will be recognized on campus throughout the weekend.
In addition, Reunion 2025 will be celebrating the Alumni of Color Reunion, with most events taking place on Friday, June 6th.
Not in a milestone Reunion year? No problem! We’ve redesigned Reunion to allow plenty of time to gather in community together to learn, remember, and have fun! We hope to see you back on campus. Join Christopher Tradowsky ’92 in a conversation on his debut novel Midnight at the Cinema Place. The novel is a love letter to San Francisco, to the 1990s, to film and to queerness in all its glorious manifestations. Christopher is a writer, artist, and art historian. His short stories have appeared previously in Bloom, Callisto, Queen Mob’s Teahouse, The Cossack Review, and Harrington Gay Men’s Fiction Quarterly, among other venues. His criticism has appeared in the CAA Art Journal. -

In 2022, Macalester established the division of Institutional Equity, which includes the Center for Religious and Spiritual Life, Lealtad-Suzuki Center for Social Justice, and the Title IX and Non-Discrimination Office. Dr. Alina Wong, Vice President for Institutional Equity, and Minerva Muñoz, Dean for Institutional Equity, will lead a conversation about Macalester’s commitments and work toward equity and social justice through campus partnerships and shared visioning.
