Join us for a week long celebration of Reunion events
As much as we’d love to celebrate together in person on the Great Lawn, it’s just not possible this year. In the meantime, let’s have some fun. Join us from wherever you are June 6-14 dance parties complete with cocktail hour (and special SURPRISE guests!), faculty office hours, community grounding events, reunion class gatherings for 0s and 5s classes, All Reunion Trivia, and more. To launch Reunion, join us for an amazing kickoff event to honor our alumni award recipients, celebrate the Macalester Moment campaign and Reunion class giving, and hear remarks from President Rivera.
There is no cost for Reunion events, but registration is required to access the event links. Links for each day’s registered events will be sent to you by email on the day of each event.
Everyone is welcome though only our 0s and 5s classes will be hosting class gatherings for Reunion. Join us for one event, or for the entire week. Rekindle your Mac spirit with friends, enjoy new traditions, and celebrate all that you remember about Mac from wherever you are in the world.

ENGAGE WITH STUDENTS
As we adjust to our new reality, Career Exploration is working to support Macalester students in new and creative ways. Many alumni have generously asked how they can support our students in their internship and career searches during this difficult time. We are grateful for the outpouring of support, and want to share some ways alumni can help:
Hire a Mac Student:
If your company has openings for jobs or internships right now, please fill out this quick Google form and we’ll share the opportunities with students.
Share Career Advice:
Show students you are available to share career advice. Turn on your CareerHelper badge in MacDirect to signal that you are open and willing to connect when students feel ready to reach out.
CONTRIBUTE TO THE ARCHIVES
Contribute your history! Make sure your time at Mac is represented in the College Archives for current and future Mac community members. The Archives is always looking for donations of materials from your student days: photos; student org materials; event programs and flyers; anything about EEO and the cultural houses; protest and activism materials; WMCN; Springfest; materials especially from alums from the 1970s through early 2000s; and much more!
