Claire’s research interests are related to the pedagogy, phonology, and sociolinguistic variation of Spanish as a heritage language. She is currently researching the implementation of peer-tutoring as a means of academic and social support for latinx students in college, as well as a theoretical analysis of voiced stop lenition in heritage Spanish.
