Please review, sign and submit the Macalester College Payment Agreement (eform) prior to commencing classes at Macalester College.
- Student, enter YOUR name and Macalester email to initiate the form.
- Student, review the agreement, enter your MAC ID, sign and date.
- Once the form is completed, it will be automatically routed to the Student Accounts Office.
- Once Student Accounts has reviewed the request, and initialed the form, it will be emailed to you as a completed PDF.
- Keep a copy of the agreement for your records.
- New Students Only: Once you complete and submit your form, please allow up to 5 business days from receipt for your green checkmark to appear on your new student portal checklist.
Due date Fall 2024: June 21, 2024. Failure to do so will result in an enrollment validation hold.
