Visiting Assistant Professor

T102

Alayna Jacqueline is a Minneapolis-based playwright, born and raised in Buckeye Nation. She’s a new play instigator with the Twin Cities Playwright Cabal. In her absurd experimental writing, she loves to turn figurative into the literal, finding new ways to bend, reshape, and deconstruct stories for the stage. Alayna’s plays have been performed or developed at several theaters in Ohio including MadLab Theater, Garden Theater, Pit Theater, and Pythian Theater. Currently, she is the Office and Company Manager at the Playwrights’ Center. She earned her MFA in creative writing from Goddard College and her BA in theatre from Otterbein University.
