Movement and Mobility (New time) – Tuesdays 12:05 – 12:50 pm, Leonard Center, Studio 2, October 29 – December 3. Cost $25. Whether you’re seeking relief from daily tension, preventing injuries, or optimizing athletic performance, this class will provide guided mobility exercises tailored to your body and lifestyle to relieve pain, prevent injury, and improve range of motion and functionality.
